Mooncake festival fall on 25-Sep this year and I decided to make my own mooncake for my families and close friends. Thanks for all the feedback without it I would not be able to improve and perfect the recipe for snowskin mooncakes. Am glad that I manage to finish most of the mooncakes and gave them out as gifts. Total I made 4 flavors: Orange Snowskin with Chocolate Lotus Paste and Macadamia Nuts; Strawberry Snowskin with Strawberry Lotus paste; Green Tea Snowskin with Green Tea Lotus paste and Plain Snowskin with Low Sugar White Lotus Paste and White Chocolate Liquor Truffle.
