Mini Chocolate Cake

I have always want to bake a piece of decorated cake. Finally find an opportunity to bake this. The only sad thing is this bake is a farewell cake for one of my colleague instead for a birthday celebration. The sense of achievement is very different from baking cupcake and pretty satisfied with the product and of course so are my food testers in the office.

Green Tea and Pandan Mooncake

Make both Green Tea and Pandan Mooncake with white lotus and yam filling. Both are green so cannot tell which is which. The mooncake with the chinese character is make with the agar agar mold and that's why the design is not so neat.
