Today's is Janelle's 4th Birthday! My domestic helper told me that's the name of a princess...so sweet. Am glad I made the "little girl" design for her.

Flag Up! Singapore - More National Day Theme Cupcake

Tomorrow is Singapore's National Day and I baked some cupcakes for the two kids to bring to school for their celebration. Baked both Valhora Chocolate Bits and Oreo cupcakes with unbleach organic plain flour....hmmm the texture of the cupcake is one of the best cupcake I ever baked...Yum Yum!

Cheese Brownie

Realised there was a pack of creme cheese that was going to expire soon and decided to bake cheese brownie. This is my first attempt to bake and indeed brownie is a bit tricky in controlling the temperature. Also, I had over blended the cheese into the chocolate fudge as a result can't see the cheese. Surprisingly, the end result is not bad and even receive an order for this and the request is to have the same as this test piece! My colleague say this is a "beautiful mistake" :) Need not to say my samples are all wiped out! Also realised the BIG mouse in my house (my hubby) had stolen a few pieces of the samples...

Disney Cookies Order

A friend order these Disney cookies bags for her gal's birthday. Baked plain butter and chocolate flavor for her and hope all the children like them. Finally find some time to use the new Disney cookies cutters. All these take 3 hours to decorate and don't you find them too cute to eat? New Gadgets

These cookie cutters are contributed by my Japanese colleague's wife and the Hello Kitty Chocolate Mold is from Singapore...will post some pictures of the bakery using these molds...but it will take sometime as too many backlog to catch up :)
