Realised there was a pack of creme cheese that was going to expire soon and decided to bake cheese brownie. This is my first attempt to bake and indeed brownie is a bit tricky in controlling the temperature. Also, I had over blended the cheese into the chocolate fudge as a result can't see the cheese. Surprisingly, the end result is not bad and even receive an order for this and the request is to have the same as this test piece! My colleague say this is a "beautiful mistake" :) Need not to say my samples are all wiped out! Also realised the BIG mouse in my house (my hubby) had stolen a few pieces of the samples...
